Verify numerical data, postings, and documentation for precision, mathematical correctness, and appropriate coding. Safeguard and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in strict alignment with established policies and procedures. Input, store, retrieve, and evaluate computerized financial data as needed. Develop and update accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting purposes. Organize, categorize, and consolidate numerical and financial information to compile and preserve financial records, utilizing journals, ledgers, and/or digital systems. Generate, update, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Execute period-end closing processes and prepare the required documentation. Compile, inspect, reconcile, and dispatch bills, invoices, and account statements in accordance with company protocols.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting. Candidates should possess at least three years of professional experience in a related industry, with a proven track record of success in financial analysis, budget management, or strategic planning. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and the ability to interpret complex financial data are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices is highly advantageous.
Education: A high school diploma or an equivalent G.E.D. is required.
Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience is required.
