Our organization, a premier EPC firm, seeks a Process Improvement & Implementation Manager to spearhead enterprise-wide execution, governance, and operational excellence endeavors.
What You’ll Do
Implementation of policies, workflows, SOPs, and internal SLAs will be led and executed to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives.
Monitor initiatives, ensuring timely completion and tracking associated risks and adoption rates.
Enhance the framework of reporting governance and strengthen operational accountability measures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Implement and maintain robust systems to monitor compliance and performance, fostering a culture of transparency and responsibility across all operational levels.
Facilitate the standardization of processes and drive ongoing enhancements to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with leadership to facilitate the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience, you will have led initiatives in process improvement, project management offices (PMO), organizational transformation, operations management, governance frameworks, or business analysis.
Proven ability to effectively engage and align with stakeholders, coupled with adept project coordination expertise.
Professionally skilled in deploying operational frameworks that enhance cross-functional collaboration. Adept at designing and executing streamlined procedures to optimize team efficiency and consistency. Demonstrated ability to integrate systems that support scalable and sustainable workflow improvements.
Proficiency in utilizing reporting dashboards, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and overseeing workflow management systems is required.
Proficiency in EPC, engineering, oil and gas, telecom, consulting, or structured corporate environments is beneficial.
PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable project management certifications are considered advantageous.

Maintain up-to-date records of process documentation and facilitate training to ensure team adoption of revised workflows.
Develop and maintain reporting and tracking dashboards to provide real-time insights and data visualization for stakeholders. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of dashboard data while adhering to established reporting standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with organizational goals. Monitor dashboard performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to optimize user experience and functionality. Provide training and support to users on dashboard navigation, interpretation, and utilization.
