Are you skilled in establishing operational frameworks, implementing processes, and facilitating collaboration across multiple functions within a dynamic organizational environment?

Our client, a prominent Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm, seeks a Process Improvement & Implementation Manager to spearhead organization-wide initiatives focused on execution, governance, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Implement policies, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure operational excellence and adherence to established standards.

Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure cohesive cross-functional execution.

Monitor progress, track key milestones, assess potential risks, and evaluate the rate of adoption for various initiatives.

Enhance reporting governance and strengthen operational accountability to ensure robust oversight and adherence to established standards.

Facilitate the standardization of processes and drive ongoing enhancements to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness across operations.

Collaborate closely with senior management to guarantee the successful implementation of key strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Requires a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in process improvement, project management office (PMO) methodologies, organizational transformation initiatives, operational management, governance frameworks, or business analysis roles.

Exceptional ability to coordinate projects and engage stakeholders effectively.

Proven ability to design and deploy operational processes that span multiple teams, ensuring seamless integration and enhanced efficiency. Skilled in identifying workflow gaps, developing systematic solutions, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement. Demonstrated expertise in translating complex operational challenges into actionable strategies that align with organizational objectives.

Proficiency in utilizing reporting dashboards, tracking service level agreements (SLAs), and managing workflows is required.

Proficiency in environments such as EPC, engineering, oil and gas, telecom, consulting, or structured corporate settings is highly beneficial.

PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.

Requires proficiency in process mapping techniques, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

We create, maintain, and analyze reporting and tracking dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, operational metrics, and business trends. These dashboards consolidate data from multiple sources, providing real-time or scheduled insights to support data-driven decision-making across departments. The role involves identifying data requirements, designing dashboard layouts, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering actionable visualizations to stakeholders. Proficiency in dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker), strong analytical skills, and experience with SQL and data visualization best practices are essential. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to align dashboards with business objectives and user needs.

The role involves overseeing and managing the coordination of changes within the organization to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption. Responsibilities include communicating changes to relevant stakeholders, tracking progress, and resolving any issues that arise during the process. Key requirements include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience in change management or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in tools and methodologies used for change tracking and documentation.
