Requirements
A minimum of eight years of experience in software engineering is required, including at least four years dedicated to platform, SRE, or infrastructure roles, with demonstrated success in constructing systems upon which other teams relied.
Experienced with Kafka’s core functionalities, including partition strategy implementation, consumer group design, exactly-once semantics, and production-level failure recovery mechanisms.
Regis at scale encompasses cluster mode implementation, message broadcasting via pub/sub, management of eviction policies, and the application of distributed lock patterns.
Demonstrated expertise in .NET (C#) and/or Python, particularly in high-throughput microservices environments.
A demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, low-latency financial transactions while adhering to stringent compliance standards is essential.
You possess demonstrated proficiency in DORA metrics, leveraging them to implement tangible engineering enhancements and effectively communicating those outcomes to senior leadership.
