The compensation for this role ranges from $200,000 to $300,000 annually.
We are looking for a skilled Blow Machine Technician to operate, configure, maintain, and repair blow molding machines, ensuring optimal production efficiency and reduced downtime.
Requirements:
Possesses ONC and/or Trade Test certifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or a closely related field.
Proven track record spanning four to five years of practical engagement within a plastics manufacturing environment.
Experienced in operating Jagmohan, CMP, IBM (Injection Blow Molding), and John Hugh blow molding machines.
Proven expertise in machine setup, mold changeovers, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
Proficient in quality control protocols and safety compliance standards.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and consistently achieves established production goals without direct supervision.
