We are in search of a dependable and diligent Store Assistant to contribute to the daily functions within our pharmacy.
This position requires maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, aiding in the organization of the store, performing errands, and providing support to pharmacy personnel to uphold a clean, secure, and productive workspace.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties aligned with organizational objectives, including strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, identify process improvements, and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of accountability by delegating tasks appropriately, monitoring progress, and providing constructive feedback to team members. Develop and implement policies that support long-term growth while maintaining alignment with company vision and mission. Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader business strategies, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable performance.
Ensure the pharmacy environment remains consistently clean and hygienic at all times.
Consistently maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including shelves, counters, floors, and other surfaces, through regular upkeep.
Assist with the systematic placement and arrangement of merchandise on designated shelves to maintain an organized and visually appealing display.
Execute assigned tasks, both within and outside the pharmacy premises, as directed.
Assist with the receipt and transfer of inventory as needed.
Properly manage waste disposal while upholding stringent sanitary conditions.
Support the pharmacy team in performing essential, non-technical duties as assigned.
Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
Additionally, undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as designated by management.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in project management, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools. The ideal candidate must possess at least five years of experience in a similar role, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing budgets, ensuring quality control, and fostering collaboration among team members. Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential for success in this position.
A high school diploma or its equivalent, such as an SSC certification, is required.
Experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or retail assistance is beneficial.
Capable of working independently with minimal oversight while adhering to established guidelines and directives.
A meticulous approach to cleanliness and a steadfast commitment to responsibility are essential attributes.
Capable of sustained physical activity, including prolonged periods of standing, cleaning duties, and running errands.
Consistently on time, dependable, and exhibiting professional etiquette.
Must live within a convenient commuting distance of the pharmacy.
