PURPOSE
To facilitate sensory evaluation processes focused on analyzing the taste, aroma, texture, appearance, and overall quality of products.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to assume responsibility for overseeing key operational functions, ensuring seamless execution of assigned tasks. The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining rigorous compliance with established protocols. Conduct sensory evaluations by preparing and presenting product samples according to established protocols.
Provide support in the planning and coordination of sensory panel sessions, encompassing both trained panels and consumer testing initiatives.
Accurately document panelists’ feedback and ensure meticulous maintenance of detailed sensory evaluation records.
Maintain sensory testing environments that are meticulously clean, strictly controlled, and free from any bias or contamination.
Label, code, and randomize samples to ensure blind testing and uphold the integrity of results.
Provide assistance with data entry, organizing, and conducting preliminary analysis of sensory evaluation results.
Oversee the inventory management of sensory materials, equipment, and consumables to ensure availability and proper stock levels.
Maintain strict adherence to all food safety, hygiene, and quality management standards at every stage of operations.
Assist in the ongoing enhancement and refinement of sensory evaluation methodologies and protocols.
Support the training and calibration processes for sensory panelists.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Quality Assurance, Production, and Marketing, to drive product innovation and enhance quality improvement programs.
Assist with benchmarking studies, conduct shelf-life evaluations, and contribute to new product development initiatives.
