The OOH Sales Executive—preferably a female for enhanced gender representation—plays a pivotal role in expanding revenue streams by uncovering, cultivating, and finalizing sales opportunities within billboard advertising, LED displays, transit media, and additional out-of-home advertising platforms. This position encompasses client acquisition, nurturing existing partnerships, crafting tailored proposals, negotiating agreements, and overseeing campaign delivery to meet or exceed client specifications. Candidates should demonstrate a deep understanding of Nigeria’s advertising ecosystem, including agency dynamics and direct-to-brand marketing frameworks.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless business functions, including managing daily workflows, coordinating team activities, and maintaining high standards of efficiency. Implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive organizational growth. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed. Facilitate clear communication between departments, fostering collaboration and alignment with company objectives. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in all operations. Develop and mentor team members through training, feedback, and professional development opportunities to cultivate a skilled and motivated workforce.

Identify and cultivate a robust roster of prospective advertisers, ensuring a continuous flow of leads and partnerships to drive revenue growth and business expansion.

Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with advertising agencies and brand managers to foster collaborative success and mutual growth.

Develop comprehensive media proposals, engage in strategic rate negotiations, and finalize contractual agreements to secure optimal terms.

Collaborate closely with the operations team to coordinate site bookings and ensure seamless campaign execution.

Monitor campaign performance metrics and deliver comprehensive proof-of-posting and execution reports.

Monitor revenue performance in comparison to established targets and generate weekly sales reports.

Collect and analyze data on rival companies’ actions to deliver strategic insights into market trends and competitive dynamics.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this role. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable position. Proficiency in specific software tools and systems is required, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards is also expected. Additionally, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments while maintaining high attention to detail.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, mass communication, or a related discipline is required for this position.

2–5 years of proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or out-of-home (OOH) marketing, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with the Nigerian market.

Developed extensive relationships with advertising agencies and brand marketing departments.

Demonstrates a consistent ability to surpass predefined sales objectives with measurable results.

Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in negotiation and presentation, ensuring clear, compelling, and persuasive communication in all professional interactions.

A solid grasp of the regulatory landscape governing outdoor advertising in Nigeria, including the frameworks established by the Lagos State Advertising and Signage Agency (LASSA), the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APRON), and relevant state-level authorities, is required.

Demonstrates a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
