The OOH Sales Executive, preferably female to enhance gender diversity, is tasked with accelerating revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and securing sales opportunities within billboard advertising, LED screens, transit media, and other outdoor advertising platforms. This position encompasses prospecting new clients, overseeing existing accounts, crafting tailored proposals, negotiating agreements, and guaranteeing campaign delivery in alignment with client specifications. The successful candidate must possess in-depth expertise in the Nigerian advertising sector, including agency networks and direct brand marketing frameworks.

Oversee and execute core responsibilities encompassing operational oversight, strategic planning, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, resolve operational challenges, and achieve performance targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies while maintaining high ethical standards.

Prospect and establish relationships with a diverse range of clients, such as leading brands, marketing agencies, small to medium-sized enterprises, political campaign teams, and non-governmental organizations.

Construct and sustain an effective pipeline of prospective advertisers to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.

Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with advertising agencies and brand managers.

Craft compelling media proposals, engage in strategic rate negotiations, and successfully finalize contracts to drive business growth.

Collaborate with the operations team to facilitate site bookings and ensure seamless campaign execution.

Track campaign performance comprehensively and deliver verified proof-of-posting and execution documentation.

Monitor revenue performance in comparison to set targets and compile weekly sales reports.

Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor actions and deliver strategic market insights to inform decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, preferably with Python, Java, or C++ expertise.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on schedule.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, mass communication, or a closely related discipline is required.

Seeking candidates with a proven track record of 2 to 5 years in advertising sales, media sales, or out-of-home (OOH) marketing, with a preference for experience within the Nigerian market.

Possesses an established network comprising advertising agencies and brand marketing teams, fostering valuable professional connections in these industries.

Consistently achieves or surpasses established sales quotas, demonstrating a strong ability to drive revenue growth.

Proven ability to negotiate effectively and deliver compelling presentations.

Proficiency in Nigerian outdoor advertising regulations enforced by entities such as the Lagos State Advertising Agency (LASSA), the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APRON), and relevant state regulatory bodies is required.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is required.
