The OOH Sales Executive, preferably female to support gender balance, is tasked with accelerating revenue growth by discovering, cultivating, and finalizing sales prospects across billboard advertising, LED displays, transit media, and other outdoor advertising channels. This position entails scouting new clients, maintaining existing accounts, crafting proposals, negotiating agreements, and overseeing campaign delivery to meet client specifications. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth understanding of the Nigerian advertising ecosystem, agency networks, and direct brand marketing frameworks.
Oversee a range of critical duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Direct cross-functional initiatives, foster collaboration among departments, and optimize resource allocation to enhance productivity and efficiency. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance standards to maintain high operational excellence and compliance with industry regulations. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management to support informed decision-making. Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, to cultivate trust and drive sustainable growth. Lead continuous improvement efforts through innovation, training, and process refinement to adapt to evolving market demands.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across diverse sectors such as brands, agencies, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), political campaigns, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
Build and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective advertisers to ensure a continuous flow of business opportunities.
Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with advertising agencies and brand managers to ensure consistent collaboration and mutual growth.
Craft media proposals, finalize rate agreements, and secure contractual commitments through strategic negotiation.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to coordinate site bookings and ensure seamless campaign execution.
Track campaign metrics and deliver verification of posting or execution.
Monitor revenue performance in comparison to established targets and develop weekly sales reports to summarize findings.
Track rivals’ actions and deliver strategic market insights.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Additionally, they should have at least three years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools are essential, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is crucial. Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is also required.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, mass communication, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in advertising sales, media sales, or out-of-home (OOH) marketing, with a strong preference for those familiar with the Nigerian market.
A robust network among advertising agencies and brand marketing teams is essential.

Proven expertise in negotiation and presentation, coupled with strong communication abilities, is essential.
Proficiency in Nigerian outdoor advertising regulations governed by bodies such as the Lagos State Advertising and Signage Agency (LASSA), the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APRON), and relevant state authorities is required.
