Job Summary

The HR/Admin & Operations Officer will oversee the organization’s human resources, administrative, and daily operational functions. This role will function as the central point of contact for office management, maintaining smooth business operations while advancing HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing organizational efficiency.

Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and industry regulations while maintaining rigorous compliance standards. Develop and implement robust frameworks for performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development among team members. Serve as a key liaison with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to align on priorities and deliver measurable results. Facilitate data-driven decision-making through meticulous analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Champion process optimization and resource allocation to enhance efficiency, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding and maintenance of employee records, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout each stage.

Oversee the accuracy and currency of staff records, HR databases, and personnel files through regular updates and maintenance.

Facilitate performance management processes, foster positive employee relations, and champion staff development programs to drive organizational growth.

Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure seamless collaboration and efficiency across all departments.

Oversee and manage the administrative operations, office coordination, and facility maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency within the workplace.

Design and deploy operational processes and systems with the objective of enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.

Maintain adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and established internal operational procedures to ensure organizational compliance.

Oversee leave administration procedures, maintain accurate attendance records, and coordinate staff welfare initiatives.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, compile and deliver detailed reports, administer office supply inventory, and supervise company-owned assets to ensure operational efficiency and resource optimization.

Act as a liaison between the organization and vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless business operations.

Handle a variety of HR, administrative, and operational responsibilities as delegated by leadership, ensuring seamless support for team and organizational objectives.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or another closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in an HR, Administration, or Operations management position is required.

Proficiency in real estate, media, or related industries constitutes an additional asset.

Proficient in human resources principles, administrative coordination, and operational oversight.

Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulatory frameworks, ensuring full adherence to legal requirements and industry standards.

Proven ability to lead teams effectively, articulate ideas clearly, foster strong interpersonal relationships, and maintain meticulous organizational systems.

Possesses robust analytical skills and demonstrates proficiency in handling diverse tasks concurrently while maintaining high organizational standards.

Demonstrates strong competency with Microsoft Office Suite and human resources/administrative management systems.
