Oversee the upkeep of office facilities, equipment, and utilities, while ensuring efficient maintenance operations and strong vendor partnerships.

Direct oversight of the administrative team involves establishing clear performance benchmarks and carrying out regular evaluations to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will mentor team members, foster professional growth, and maintain high operational standards through consistent leadership and constructive feedback.

Your responsibilities will include designing, executing, and refining administrative policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and ensure organizational effectiveness.

We are in search of a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field. Proficiency in multiple languages is a strong plus. Responsibilities will include coordinating projects, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. Additionally, the role demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools is essential, and a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required, while possession of a Master’s degree or MBA would be advantageous.

With a minimum of five to eight years of progressively responsible administrative management experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of leadership and operational oversight.

Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is strongly preferred.

Professional certification in administration, management, or a closely related field would be beneficial.

Accomplished results in leading teams and spearheading enhancements to operational efficiency.

Demonstrated expertise in leading teams and cultivating high-performing staff through motivation and professional growth initiatives.

Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
