Initiate outbound calls to both potential and current customers to foster business relationships and promote offerings.
Drive client engagement by actively promoting the company’s diverse portfolio of products and services, fostering relationships to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and deliver precise responses with accuracy.
Identify prospective customers and nurture those leads through the sales pipeline with timely and strategic follow-up actions.
Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements
Applicants must currently serve as an NYC Corps Member and be in search of a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Exceptional ability to persuade and negotiate effectively is essential for this role.
Proven ability to independently manage tasks and projects with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong self-direction and reliability in meeting deadlines and expectations.
Proficiency in computing fundamentals and experience with customer service software applications are desirable.
