In a dynamic, agile environment, you will spearhead the system architecture, develop, validate, and deploy innovative mobile features for Android applications.
Drive the implementation of cutting-edge code design principles and conduct thorough reviews to elevate quality and efficiency; proactively diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks; propose strategic modifications and improvements to current codebases to amplify the scalability and functionality of existing applications in a timely manner.
Develop reusable, organization-centric artifacts—including libraries, demonstrations, and documentation—to enhance and expand the existing repository.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required. At least two years of professional experience in a comparable role is mandatory. Proficiency in relevant software and tools is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices is preferred. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is expected. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development is highly valued.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required for this position.
Proficiency in developing intricate native Android applications with proven deployment to customers, leveraging either MVP or MVVM architectural patterns, is required for a minimum of three years.
Possesses a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the development and release of mobile applications on the Google Play Store.
Skilled in leveraging the Android SDK, Java, Kotlin, Android Studio, and object-oriented programming and design principles to develop robust mobile applications.
Accomplished in leveraging RESTful APIs to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
Proficiency in implementing the Android Material Design Guidelines is required.
Proficiency in established software engineering methodologies and optimal practices across the entire software development lifecycle is required, encompassing coding standards, code evaluations, version control systems, build automation, testing protocols, and operational procedures.
Capable of shepherding a project feature from initial requirement definition all the way through to successful deployment and beyond.
Analytical acumen, meticulous organizational abilities, and proficient project and time management skills are essential, with a strong focus on enhancing product performance, optimizing user experience, and ensuring scalability.
Proficient in resolving software-related issues and streamlining workflows through systematic decomposition into well-defined software APIs and user experience design strategies.
Effectively facilitates seamless communication and collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams, including Product, UI/UX, and Back-end.
Proficiency in third-party libraries and frameworks, including but not limited to Realm, Retrofit, and Firebase, is advantageous.
