Job Objective and Summary

The Marketing Officer role serves as an entry-level position offering administrative and operational support to the various marketing teams, including E-Commerce, Marketing Operations, and New Product Development. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Sales, the incumbent will oversee campaign tracking, coordinate store openings, prepare and manage reports, monitor third-party logistics partners, and provide essential administrative assistance to ensure seamless execution across all marketing departments.

Campaign Tracking & Administrative Support involves monitoring and analyzing marketing initiatives to gauge their performance and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of campaign metrics, compiling reports on key performance indicators, and ensuring data integrity across tracking systems. Additionally, this role requires strong organizational skills to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle documentation with precision. Proficiency in data analysis tools and spreadsheet software is essential, as is the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. Key duties include monitoring inventory levels, tracking shipment statuses, and coordinating with warehouse teams to address any logistical challenges. Additionally, the role requires evaluating 3PL performance through KPIs such as on-time delivery rates, order accuracy, and cost efficiency to identify areas for improvement. Regular audits of logistics workflows and inventory accuracy are also essential to maintain operational excellence. Strong analytical and communication skills are necessary to collaborate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and logistics partners effectively.

Daily checks must be performed across all active e-commerce platforms to verify product availability, identifying items that are inaccurately listed as live or have been improperly deactivated.

Oversee the weekly evaluation of 3PL performance metrics, with particular emphasis on cancellation rates by partner.

Collaborate closely with store operators and the operations team to maintain accurate product listings by updating availability status whenever items are out of stock, adhering to the established product availability management framework.

Support the oversight of cancellation reports by monitoring cancellations stemming from product unavailability, incorrect orders, or fulfillment errors, and compiling weekly summaries for review.

The role involves monitoring and evaluating progress through established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. These metrics will be used to assess efficiency, productivity, and overall performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Regular reporting and analysis of KPIs will help identify trends, highlight areas for enhancement, and support strategic planning efforts.

Ensure weekly reports are consistently accurate, delivered punctually, and require minimal revisions from the team.

New store openings proceed without any marketing-related delays, as all digital listings are live, assets are delivered, and launch campaigns are activated according to schedule.

The E-Commerce team maintains real-time oversight of product availability challenges, while proactively monitoring and escalating 3PL performance metrics.

Campaign trackers and departmental calendars are consistently maintained and updated to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Measurable quarter-on-quarter declines in cancellation rates due to product unavailability have been achieved through diligent monitoring and consistent follow-up efforts.

Seeking candidates with a strong academic foundation in relevant fields, including but not limited to specific disciplines or technical areas.
