Maintain uniformity in brand messaging across every communication channel.
Handle customer inquiries and requests on social media platforms with efficiency and timeliness.
Collaborate proficiently with external brand partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
Responsible for managing environmental branding and beautification initiatives while providing oversight to assigned vendors.
Devise and oversee team-building initiatives and their associated logistical arrangements.
Develop and manage marketing initiatives, such as market storms and promotional campaigns, from inception to completion.
Oversee the Graphics Designer’s work to guarantee consistently exceptional visual deliverables.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of two years of professional experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a related field to drive strategic initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
Demonstrates extensive proficiency in leveraging diverse social media platforms and crafting engaging content.
Skilled in fostering clear, professional interactions and building strong customer relationships through effective dialogue and engagement strategies.
Aptitude for innovative marketing strategy development through creative problem-solving and conceptual thinking.
Organized and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, this role demands strong prioritization and time-management skills to efficiently handle competing demands.
Proficiency in design tools, particularly Canva, is considered a valuable asset for this role.
Capable of operating autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a high-velocity team setting.
