Responsibilties
Responsibilities include organizing and executing routine inspections of HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, and electrical components to mitigate the risk of equipment failures.
Performs guest room and facility repairs, including fixing damaged items such as furniture, faucets, and locks, as well as addressing painting and drywall issues. Responds promptly to work orders initiated by housekeeping staff or guest requests.
Ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards involves conducting thorough inspections of fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting, while verifying that all facilities meet local health and safety regulations.
Operating and maintaining critical machinery such as elevators, laundry equipment, kitchen appliances, and swimming pool filtration systems form a key component of this role.
Energy management involves tracking energy usage and enhancing equipment efficiency to lower operational expenses.
Maintaining the building exterior encompasses care of the facade, parking lot, lighting systems, and landscaping elements to ensure a well-presented and functional property.
Responding promptly to critical incidents, including power outages or water leaks, to ensure swift resolution.
Inventory and Contractor Management: Overseeing the procurement and tracking of maintenance supplies while managing relationships with external contractors responsible for specialized repair work.
Requirements
