The Operations & Fulfillment Officer ensures the foundational operational integrity and efficiency of our product line. This position requires a highly organized and meticulous administrator to uphold warehouse inventory accuracy, maintain flawless order packaging standards, and execute expedited cross-country shipping logistics.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing the core operational functions of the role, ensuring adherence to established protocols and organizational standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance and achieving key business objectives. Conduct regular evaluations of workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with departmental and company-wide targets. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting facilitating informed decision-making and regulatory compliance. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and professional development among team members. Provide leadership in resolving complex challenges while ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values.
Ensure meticulous management of the physical inventory stockroom at the Granada Phase II facility, conducting weekly physical audits to verify alignment with digital stock logs.
Ensure NATO Vista frames and intricate prescription lens setups are meticulously packaged in a polished, professional, and secure manner, utilizing high-quality corporate-branded materials.
Oversee the negotiation and execution of daily contracts with local mainland and island motorcycle dispatch networks as well as established domestic courier enterprises, including DHL, GIRL, and FedEx, to facilitate nationwide shipping operations.
Our role involves overseeing the complete financial workflow for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) transactions, ensuring precise alignment between delivery logs and accounting records in collaboration with the Office Manager and Managing Director on a daily basis.
