Summary

We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Loan Officer to actively promote Salary Loans, leasing options, and Investment products to both individual and corporate clients.

Responsibilities include promoting and selling salary loan and investment products through strategic marketing initiatives and direct sales efforts. Candidates should possess proven experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of loan and investment products. Proficiency in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis is essential. Additionally, the role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to meet sales targets consistently.

Our responsibility involves identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with both corporate entities and individual clients to expand our market presence and meet revenue objectives. This role requires a strategic approach to client acquisition, ensuring sustainable growth through effective portfolio management and personalized service delivery.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of a National Certificate of Education (NCE), National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree to qualify for this position.

With a minimum of one to ten years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in driving revenue, fostering client relationships, or delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred candidates will possess relevant experience in financial services, including loans (particularly salary loans), investments, insurance, or banking.

Individuals who already possess established corporate networks will be given preference.

What We Offer

Monthly compensation ranges from N90,000 to N140,000, excluding commission, and is determined by the candidate’s level of experience.
