You will evaluate, provide therapy, and restore patient function to enhance mobility, alleviate discomfort, and improve overall well-being.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently and effectively. Duties include managing project timelines, allocating resources, and fostering a collaborative work environment to enhance productivity. Additionally, monitor performance metrics, address discrepancies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive success.
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized care strategies tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
Administering therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and electrotherapy treatments constitutes the core responsibilities of this role.
Monitor patient responses to treatment and make necessary modifications to care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
Provide patients with guidance on preventing injuries and managing home care effectively.
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill an open position, applicants must possess a minimum of five years of relevant work experience, along with proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work effectively under tight deadlines. Additionally, excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments is also required.
Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy awarded by an accredited university or institution.
Seeking applicants who hold a valid NYC (National Youth Service Corps) certificate, ensuring compliance with the mandatory one-year service requirement for Nigerian graduates. This credential confirms successful completion of the NYC program, which includes orientation, primary assignment, community development service, and the winding-up/passing-out ceremony. Candidates must present this certificate as part of the eligibility criteria for consideration.
With a minimum of two years of clinical experience acquired after graduation, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in direct patient care.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in delivering high-quality patient care, fostering clear and compassionate communication, and maintaining meticulous documentation standards.
Must be available to work on a full-time basis, onsite.
