Job Summary

ExCare Health is in search of a proactive and creative Pharmacist to enhance sales performance, ensure the provision of exceptional pharmaceutical care, and contribute to the financial success of our retail pharmacy operations.

This position necessitates a harmonious blend of clinical proficiency, strategic business insight, and operational management expertise.

Oversee a diverse range of critical tasks, including the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery while maintaining high standards of quality. Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals, fostering innovation and continuous improvement across departments. Lead cross-functional teams, assigning responsibilities and providing mentorship to enhance performance and professional growth. Monitor progress through regular assessments, identifying areas for optimization and implementing corrective measures as needed. Serve as a key liaison between senior management and operational staff, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

Accurately review prescriptions and deliver patient counseling to promote the safe and effective use of medications.

Design and oversee the pharmacy’s floor plan to optimize the arrangement of medications and related products, ensuring quick and accurate identification.

Ensure careful management of inventory flows to mitigate risks such as product degradation, stock shortages, and expiration, thereby maintaining optimal supply levels and operational efficiency.

Spearhead the marketing initiatives and operational execution of pharmacy services, with a specific focus on delivering rapid health assessments.

Drive revenue expansion, enhance category performance, and boost branch profitability by implementing innovative strategies and customer-centric solutions.

Remain abreast of evolving developments and emerging innovations in the healthcare industry by engaging in ongoing education and fostering collaborative professional relationships.

Ensure strict adherence to all applicable regulatory, legal, and professional practice standards at all times.

Seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in a critical role focused on delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in project management software and advanced Excel skills are essential requirements. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also necessary to thrive in this position. The selected applicant will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing multiple deadlines, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, they will serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth workflows and resolve any operational challenges that may arise.

A Pharmacy degree at the bachelor’s level is required.

Holds an active and valid pharmacist license in good standing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and pharmacy information systems is required.
