We are expanding our site execution team and are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering road construction projects by providing precise setting-out, maintaining level control, and conducting engineering surveys to ensure all construction activities align with approved drawings and design specifications.

The ideal candidate will establish site control, perform construction layout tasks, measure earthworks, maintain as-built documentation, and continually verify levels and alignments at active project sites.

Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with a results-driven mindset. Familiarity with compliance regulations and project management methodologies will be advantageous. Prior experience in budgeting, strategic planning, or process optimization is preferred.

A Bachelor of Science degree or Higher National Diploma in Land Surveying, Aromatics, or a closely related field is required.

With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in road or highway construction surveying, candidates should bring a proven track record to the role.

Skilled in executing setting-out procedures, conducting precise earthworks measurements, and verifying construction activities with a high degree of accuracy.

Skilled in operating total station, GPS/GNSS, and auto-level instruments.

Capable of precisely interpreting engineering drawings and implementing field control with a high degree of accuracy.
