An Industrial Electrician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrading of electrical systems and equipment within factories, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other industrial facilities.

This position is responsible for maintaining the safe and dependable operation of high-voltage systems, machinery, controls, and automation to reduce downtime effectively.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless workflows, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and providing leadership in driving organizational goals forward. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to mentor and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results.

Install, maintain, and repair motors, control panels, PLCs, switchgear, wiring, and three-phase power systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across all electrical components.

Professionals in this role must analyze and decipher electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to extract critical information necessary for project execution.

Conduct routine preventive maintenance, accurately identify faults using specialized test equipment, and efficiently resolve issues to ensure optimal system performance.

Ensure adherence to applicable electrical codes, including the National Electrical Code (NEC), as well as established safety standards and organizational policies.

Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate new installations, system upgrades, and the development of comprehensive documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required. Proficiency in [specific tools/software/technologies] is essential.
