This position is responsible for maintaining the safe and dependable operation of high-voltage systems, machinery, controls, and automation to reduce downtime effectively.
Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing project timelines, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless workflows, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, and providing leadership in driving organizational goals forward. Install, maintain, and repair motors, control panels, PLCs, switchgear, wiring, and three-phase power systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across all electrical components.
