Job Description
Deliver comprehensive psychological evaluations and expert consultation services to clients as required.
Psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders in patients are assessed and diagnosed, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans.
Deliver therapeutic services to individuals and groups, ensuring comprehensive support and care.
Prospect for new clients by leveraging networking opportunities and other approved strategies to engage potential clients and successfully transition them into loyal customer relationships.
Design and execute customized treatment strategies tailored to diverse age demographics, encompassing pediatric patients.
Devise forward-thinking strategies, aligned business blueprints, and enduring operational frameworks to stimulate revenue expansion and volume augmentation, with the strategic aim of fostering sustainable business growth.
Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, psychiatrists, and occupational therapists, to provide integrated patient care.
Lead the coordination and delivery of therapeutic group sessions tailored to participants with varying backgrounds and needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for healing and growth.
Provide guidance and support to individuals and groups dealing with issues including stress, substance abuse, and family challenges, aiming to facilitate positive behavioral changes.
Revise treatment activities or adjust approaches as necessary to ensure alignment with evolving client conditions.
Assist clients in cultivating and refining their abilities or methodologies to effectively address their challenges.
Proficient in applying the Biopsychosocial Approach to evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
The role involves selecting, administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological assessments to gather insights into individuals’ cognitive abilities, academic performance, vocational preferences, and behavioral traits.
Proficient in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, talk therapy, and person-centered therapy.
Proficient in utilizing the electronic medical record system to accurately document progress notes and treatment plans is required.
Assess clients’ physical and mental health status by analyzing their provided information.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to conduct clinical evaluations or formulate individualized treatment strategies.
Direct patients, clients, or family members to appropriate community resources or specialized professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Serve as dedicated client advocates, facilitating the coordination of essential services and addressing urgent issues during critical situations to ensure swift resolution.
Coordinate family-inclusive therapy sessions to facilitate comprehension, coping mechanisms, and support for patients among their family members.
Assess the impact of counseling programs by measuring clients’ advancement in addressing their identified issues and achieving their predetermined goals.
Collaborate with families, probation officers, police, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of essential information throughout the treatment process.
Plan, devise, or supervise structured initiatives in counseling, employment, academic pursuits, leisure, or social engagement tailored to clients’ needs.
Develop and implement initiatives aimed at addressing substance abuse prevention, enhancing community health programs, or improving counseling services.
Educate clients on the significance of adhering to prescribed medication regimens as part of their psychological treatment plan.
Stay informed of the latest advancements in counselling through ongoing review of professional publications, participation in workshops and conferences, or by cultivating and sustaining collaborative relationships with external social service organizations.
Collect data on community mental health needs and available resources that can complement therapeutic interventions.
Proficient in neuron developmental pathways, skilled in diagnosing conditions, conducting assessments, and designing tailored treatment plans to address individual requirements.
Ensure clients receive a seamless transition to a comprehensive aftercare program following discharge, facilitating continued support and effective case management.
Requirements
A master’s degree in Clinical Psychology is required for this position.
Minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience is required.
