Job Summary

The successful applicant will be tasked with producing professional-grade photo and video content to support property listings, construction site documentation, corporate functions, and promotional initiatives.

Performs a variety of duties and responsibilities essential to the role, including managing daily operations with precision and adherence to established protocols. Accountable for executing assigned tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Responsible for analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Additionally, serves as a key liaison to stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and fostering productive relationships to support organizational objectives. Produce professional-grade videos and photographs showcasing properties, project locations, and company initiatives with exceptional clarity and detail.
Develop and oversee video production initiatives, including property tours, promotional campaigns, interviews, and events, from initial planning through final execution.
Create compelling video content for social media platforms, websites, and marketing collateral, ensuring engaging and high-quality production.
Operate and maintain a variety of production equipment, including cameras, drones, lighting systems, and additional technical gear to ensure seamless production operations.
Work collaboratively with the marketing and media teams to generate innovative concepts and content strategies.
Maintain consistency across all visual content to uphold the company’s established brand identity and marketing objectives.
Perform location evaluations and develop shooting configurations as needed.
Oversee the video and photo archives to guarantee meticulous storage and systematic organization of all files.
Consistently monitor emerging developments in the industry, refine editing methodologies, and adhere to established cinematography standards to ensure optimal creative and technical execution.
Execute additional media-related responsibilities as directed by management, ensuring all tasks align with organizational objectives and adhere to established protocols.
Requirements
Experienced professionals in cinematography, videography, or related fields are required.
Demonstrated expertise in utilizing video editing applications is essential.
Proficient in the use of professional-grade cameras, drones, lighting setups, and audio equipment is required.
Exceptional proficiency in creative development, narrative construction, and editorial refinement is essential.
Proven capacity to perform effectively under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
Effective interpersonal communication abilities and collaborative teamwork proficiency are required.
A background in real estate media production is beneficial.
