As a Brand Designer, your role involves shaping Hugo’s presence across various digital, physical, and internal channels. Collaborating with brand, marketing, employer branding, events, and sales teams, you will develop carefully crafted, high-quality creative solutions that authentically represent the company’s dynamic identity.

This position seeks an individual with solid graphic design principles, a discerning sense of brand identity and composition, and the agility to transition seamlessly between creative ideation and hands-on execution in a dynamic setting.

We are seeking a skilled Brand & Marketing Design professional to elevate our visual identity and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand development, graphic design, and digital marketing assets. Responsibilities include crafting cohesive brand guidelines, designing compelling marketing collateral, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Requirements entail proficiency in industry-standard design software, a keen eye for typography and color theory, and a minimum of three years of relevant experience in branding or marketing design.

Design a diverse array of digital and print materials for marketing initiatives, sales collateral, employer branding campaigns, and internal communication strategies.

Develop visually engaging social media graphics, compelling presentations, concise one-pagers, targeted advertisements, and cohesive event and brand collateral to effectively communicate key messages and reinforce brand identity.

Refine and uphold Hugo’s cohesive visual identity across diverse platforms and strategic initiatives.

Translate strategic concepts and narratives into compelling, visually striking creative materials that effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.

Provide assistance with campaign management and content development initiatives. Collaborate on the creation, optimization, and distribution of engaging marketing materials to support promotional efforts. Help track performance metrics, conduct market research, and contribute to strategic planning to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Maintain organized records of campaign activities and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Partner with marketing, communications, people operations, and revenue teams to develop and execute campaigns and product launches.

Assist in the development and execution of event branding strategies, as well as overseeing creative production for conferences, activations, and partnership initiatives.

Collaborate on developing innovative concepts for employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and initiatives aimed at enhancing workforce engagement.

Oversee end-to-end production operations and ensure flawless execution of assigned tasks to meet established deadlines and quality benchmarks. Develop and implement efficient workflows to optimize resource utilization and enhance productivity. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives, resolve operational challenges, and maintain seamless communication throughout all phases. Monitor performance metrics, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed to sustain continuous improvement. Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies to uphold operational integrity and compliance.

Create production-ready files optimized for both digital and print applications.

Guarantee uniformity, precision, and meticulous care in every produced, maintaining high standards throughout all assigned tasks and deliverables.

Oversee a dynamic portfolio of projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within a high-pressure setting.
