Job Summary

We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Laundry Manager to lead daily laundry operations, provide supervision to staff, uphold stringent quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

This position seeks a diligent, analytical professional with strong leadership capabilities and an eagerness to grow.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align departmental objectives with overarching company goals. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity. Analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards while mitigating risks. Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Manage budgets, resources, and stakeholder relationships to optimize outcomes. Communicate transparently with senior leadership to report progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives.

Oversee the daily operations of laundry services, ensuring efficient and effective management of all laundry-related tasks and workflows.

Oversee, mentor, and assist laundry personnel in their duties.

Maintain rigorous quality standards while guaranteeing prompt and efficient service delivery to meet established benchmarks.

Responsible for overseeing and tracking inventory levels, as well as managing laundry supplies to ensure adequate stock for operations.

Address customer inquiries and resolve their issues with a high degree of professionalism.

Ensure adherence to cleanliness, safety, and operational standards at all times.

Compile and maintain routine operational reports and documentation.

Seeking candidates with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the field, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion. Strong proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, as is the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is mandatory, and advanced certifications or specialized training are highly desirable.

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is required.

Exceptional ability to manage tasks efficiently and articulate ideas clearly is essential.

Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities and effective problem-solving skills in team settings.

A fundamental understanding of computer operations and software applications is required.

Professional experience in the hospitality sector, operations management, or customer-facing roles is beneficial, though not mandatory.
