Job Summary

We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Laundry Manager to lead daily laundry operations, provide supervision to staff, uphold quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Oversee a range of critical duties, including managing team projects, ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders, and maintaining adherence to established policies and procedures. Additionally, prepare comprehensive reports to track progress, address operational challenges, and align workflows with organizational objectives. Oversee the daily execution of laundry operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the facility.

Oversee and mentor the laundry team, providing continuous guidance and assistance to ensure optimal performance and development.

Maintain rigorous quality standards and meet deadlines for service delivery.

Track and manage inventory levels as well as laundry supplies to ensure adequate stock for operational needs.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and operational standards at all times.

Compile routine operational reports and maintain accurate records to document daily activities and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and the ability to analyze complex data sets are essential. Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are required. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to convey findings and recommendations effectively. Familiarity with project management methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning are also expected.

A Bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Ordinary National Diploma (OND) is required.

Exceptional organizational abilities and excellent communication skills are required.

Proficient in utilizing standard computer software and applications with a high degree of efficiency.

Professional experience in hospitality, operations, or customer service, while beneficial, is not mandatory for this role.
