Responsible for evaluating and assessing students’ academic performance and progress at the specified grade level, ensuring alignment with educational standards and learning objectives. Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the business and team adhere to pre-established turnaround deadlines.

Frequent account reconciliations are conducted, or reconciliations prepared by others are reviewed, with prompt research and correction of any variances to ensure accuracy.

Identify discrepancies and anomalies impacting accounting records and pricing, promptly notifying the Team Lead/Head of Investment Operations & Fund Accounts and supporting efforts to resolve these issues.

Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding Fund activities and pertinent related matters.

Ensure the timely and precise generation and delivery of client reports by maintaining efficient and accurate trade processing procedures.

Ensure that all postings and ledgers associated with CBA are reconciled daily against corresponding bank entries.

Offer strategic recommendations to pertinent stakeholders regarding the resolution of outstanding reconciliation matters, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.

Escalate any unresolved reconciliation items that exceed the predefined threshold or age requirements to the Head of Investment Operations & Fund Accounts.

Proficiency in the financial services sector, with a strong preference for experience in the insurance industry or investment business, is required.

Handle all business-related operating expenses by transferring funds from designated bank accounts.

Ensures the proper filing and storage of all relevant documentation in an organized and secure manner.

Ensures the accuracy and consistency of all data entries within the CRA database.

Facilitate the prompt processing and settlement of wire transfers—both incoming and outgoing—related to investment transactions.

Facilitate prompt and accurate settlement of all financial securities transactions with the corresponding counterparties.
