Deliver comprehensive technical assistance and resolve complex issues pertaining to hardware malfunctions, software glitches, internet connectivity disruptions, and network-related challenges.
Install, configure, and maintain computing systems, peripheral devices (including printers and scanners), and other IT infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
Oversee and ensure the continuous operation and integrity of the Company’s IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
Design, create, enhance, and manage the Company’s website to ensure optimal functionality, user experience, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Maintain the website’s operational integrity, security protocols, and overall user experience to ensure seamless functionality.
Enhance website performance, responsiveness, and overall speed to ensure seamless user experiences.
Maintain the operational efficiency of office technology and communication systems to ensure seamless functionality.
Oversee the administration of user accounts, including the maintenance of passwords and the management of access permissions.
Perform routine system maintenance and apply updates as necessary to ensure optimal performance and security.
Safeguard and maintain the integrity of company data by implementing and overseeing reliable backup and recovery procedures.
Responsible for managing and updating a comprehensive inventory of all IT hardware and software licenses.
Develop and deploy comprehensive cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive company data and critical systems against potential threats and unauthorized access.
Conduct training sessions to ensure staff proficiency in utilizing technology and digital tools effectively.
Execute required website updates, develop new features, and implement enhancements as specified.
Oversee website analytics and compile detailed performance reports to evaluate and track key metrics.
Collaborate with the Media and Marketing teams to maintain consistently updated website content.
Investigate and rectify website errors, bugs, and technical issues to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Maintain robust website security measures to safeguard against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
Provide assistance with the deployment and administration of CRM platforms and additional business applications.
Devise and recommend technology-driven solutions designed to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Provide technical assistance to online marketing initiatives, ensuring their seamless execution and optimization.
Oversee and administer the company’s email infrastructures, domain registrations, hosting solutions, and cloud-based applications to ensure seamless operation and integration across all platforms.
Ensure adherence to established company policies governing data security and technology utilization, maintaining strict compliance at all times.
