We seek a diligent and committed Male Compound Cleaner to become part of our workforce in Marlboro.
Oversee and execute a wide range of operational duties with precision, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow efficiency, while maintaining strict adherence to policies and regulations. Serve as a key liaison between departments, fostering collaboration and resolving interdepartmental challenges. Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare comprehensive reports detailing progress, outcomes, and key insights for senior leadership. Manage cross-functional projects, allocating resources effectively and tracking milestones to ensure timely completion.
Ensure the compound and its immediate surroundings remain consistently clean and well-maintained.
Properly perform sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal tasks with adherence to sanitation standards.
Maintain the environment in pristine condition on a daily basis.
Maintain adherence to established safety protocols and hygiene standards at all times to ensure a secure and sanitary work environment.
Carry out additional cleaning responsibilities as directed by management.
Requirements
With a minimum of zero to two years of professional experience in the field—applicants lacking prior experience are strongly encouraged to apply—we welcome your consideration.
Individuals between the ages of 22 and 31 are eligible to apply for this position.
Individuals are required to live close to the Marlboro, More, and BAFO area, as accommodation will not be provided.
