Perform and manage comprehensive Technical Site Surveys (TSS) to support In-Building Solutions (IBS) projects, ensuring thorough assessment and strategic planning.
Prepare comprehensive site survey reports, including RF analysis, coverage assessment, and link budget calculations using appropriate RF planning tools.
Design, develop, and implement Passive, Active, and Hybrid Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) tailored for commercial, residential, and public structures.
Responsibilities include designing RF systems with a focus on antenna positioning, cable management, equipment selection, and enhancing coverage performance.
Develop, adjust, and preserve architectural floor plans, spatial configurations, and RF schematic diagrams utilizing industry-standard design tools such as AutoCAD, Vision, or equivalent software solutions.
Oversee the installation, integration, testing, and commissioning processes for RF equipment to ensure operational readiness and compliance with technical standards.
Conduct both corrective and preventive maintenance on IBS/DAS infrastructure to maintain optimal network performance and reliability.
Coordinate contractors, technicians, and subcontractors throughout project execution and maintenance phases to ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to timelines.
Perform comprehensive site acceptance testing and quality assurance evaluations to verify compliance with established standards and specifications.
Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of RF test results, encompassing key metrics such as VSWR and DTF reports, to ensure accuracy and performance validation.
Investigate and rectify faults within RF systems, address coverage discrepancies, and enhance overall system performance.
To uphold adherence to customer specifications, industry best practices, and health and safety protocols.
Develop comprehensive project documentation, technical reports, as-built drawings, and maintenance records to ensure accurate and up-to-date project information.
Work collaboratively with RF Planning, Transmission, and Project Management teams to guarantee the successful execution and delivery of projects.
Additional responsibilities may include fulfilling various official assignments as deemed necessary by management.
