Oversee a range of critical duties including managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Facilitate effective communication between departments to streamline workflows and address operational challenges promptly. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation and achieve organizational objectives. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining high ethical standards in all business practices.
Support recruitment operations by facilitating various tasks such as publishing job advertisements, evaluating candidate applications to create a shortlist, and coordinating interview schedules.
Responsible for the accurate maintenance and periodic updating of employee records, encompassing both digital and physical formats.
Assist with the seamless integration of new employees into the team by facilitating their onboarding and orientation processes.
Draft employment contracts and official correspondence in accordance with company policies and legal standards.
Oversee the administration of employee attendance tracking and leave management systems to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
Support payroll processing by compiling and submitting accurate, pertinent data as required.
Provide assistance in organizing staff welfare initiatives and training programs.
Handle various administrative duties as directed by the HR Manager, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking candidates with at least two years of demonstrated experience in an HR Assistant capacity or an equivalent administrative position.
Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential.
Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, encompassing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential.
Exceptional proficiency in interpersonal relations and effective communication.
A familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is beneficial.
