Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of security staff to ensure efficient and effective execution of their duties.
Responsible for securing new business opportunities and finalizing agreements on a monthly basis.
Design, establish, and enforce robust security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard organizational assets and mitigate risks effectively.
Perform routine inspections and audits to verify adherence to established security standards and protocols.
Responsibilities include overseeing the incident response process, conducting thorough investigations into security breaches, and preparing detailed reports on findings.
Recruit, onboard, and guide security personnel in optimal practices and emergency response protocols to ensure preparedness and professional excellence.
As necessary, collaborate with clients, law enforcement agencies, and emergency services to facilitate coordination and communication.
Compile detailed documentation summarizing security operations and incident-related activities.
The position necessitates at least three years of experience in a relevant field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are also necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced professionals with a track record in Security Supervisor roles or comparable security positions will be considered.
