Oversee and execute a range of critical duties and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Lead and manage key processes, projects, and initiatives to drive efficiency, productivity, and excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic solutions. Maintain compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth. Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. Serve as a key liaison between departments, stakeholders, and leadership to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.

Oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment initiatives, guiding candidates seamlessly from initial application through to final onboarding.

Experts in talent acquisition will identify and engage potential candidates by leveraging diverse channels, including job portals, social media platforms, professional referrals, and recruitment agencies.

Perform comprehensive reviews of applicant CVs and identify the most qualified candidates for further consideration.

Conduct interviews and organize evaluation activities to assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the role.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as education, early childhood development, or a related discipline, is required for this position. Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is necessary, with preference given to candidates who have worked in early childhood education or a closely related setting.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required.

A minimum of four years of HR experience is required, including at least two years specifically in recruitment and employee engagement initiatives.

Skilled in overseeing Performance Management and KPI frameworks, with a proven track record of implementation and optimization.

Experience in a retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), technology, or service-oriented setting is highly beneficial.
