Conduct a thorough review of candidates’ applications and curate a refined list of top contenders, executing recruitment strategies with precision and efficiency.

Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications for open roles, and perform reference checks to validate their professional backgrounds and submitted reports.

Collaborate closely with department leaders to facilitate panel interviews for positions that require immediate filling.

Design and manage internal job posting programs and employee referral systems to ensure seamless recruitment processes.

Collaborate with recruitment agencies and participate in employment fairs to cultivate a robust pool of qualified applicants.

Manage employee separations and associated matters with the utmost professionalism, including the conduction of exit interviews.

Oversee the upkeep and enhancement of a robust application database to facilitate efficient retrieval and accessibility.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment reports, including analyses of joiners and leavers, headcount data, and exit interview findings. Additionally, oversee the registration and maintenance of records for HMO and life insurance enrollments and terminations.

Facilitate employee relations initiatives, including communication meetings and birthday celebrations, to foster a positive and engaging workplace environment.

Collaborate with Consultants to organize and align training initiatives.

Responsible for overseeing pension administration duties and ensuring submissions are completed promptly.
