Partner with the HRBP Factory to enhance workplace dynamics, foster team cohesion, elevate productivity, and strengthen employee retention.
Delivers new people management initiatives effectively by facilitating clear communication and seamless implementation within Factory Operations.
Organize and execute monthly standup meetings to ensure alignment and progress tracking across teams.
Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to establish and execute employee capability development initiatives.
