Responsible for executing a wide array of duties and tasks, including managing daily operations, overseeing staff performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate records. Duties also encompass coordinating team efforts, optimizing workflows, and conducting regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, the role involves interacting with clients to address inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive relationships. The position requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating and participating in interview processes, as well as evaluating candidates with a focus on their behavioral characteristics and alignment with organizational culture.

The creation and distribution of precise correspondence, employment contracts, and Terms and Conditions of Employment, along with the facilitation of new employee induction programs, are essential duties.

Assess both individual and organizational training requirements, then develop and implement a practical training and development strategy, which includes managing the allocated training budget.

Develop and implement any necessary internal training programs and oversee their delivery in-house.

Lead the design, execution, and monitoring of the company’s Appraisal Process, ensuring timely issuance of appraisal forms, completion of appraisal interviews, and submission of completed forms by the established deadlines.

Ensures thorough follow-up interviews are conducted after performance appraisals, providing tailored guidance, expert advice, and necessary training to support employee development.

Ensures the administration and oversight of company Counseling, Grievance, and Disciplinary Procedures while providing guidance and support to Line Managers to ensure compliance and effective resolution of employee-related issues.

Oversee the company’s Personnel database to ensure its accuracy and integrity while maintaining comprehensive records of employee information, including sickness, holidays, and absences.

The incumbent will oversee the coordination and execution of termination and dismissal protocols, in addition to conducting exit interviews with departing employees.

Responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness throughout the facility and coordinating repairs as needed.

Oversee the security operations and maintain consistent communication with the contracted security firm.

Provide support in managing and administering branch facilities and office operations.

Provide support in managing budgetary matters and financial forecasting for all facility maintenance needs.

Responsible for managing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure efficient flow and delivery of goods and services.

Responsible for managing IT operations, with a specific focus on email accounts, through collaboration with the on-site IT Officer.

Coordinate and oversee staff meetings while ensuring thorough preparation and distribution of detailed minutes.

Deliver comprehensive assistance across all departments while fostering seamless collaboration by serving as a key liaison with internal teams.

Facilitating clear and efficient communication, orchestrating collaborative efforts, and addressing concerns and issues with urgency to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain accurate and confidential records of corporate and statutory regulatory agency files, as well as company documentation.

Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Group Head of Human Resources and/or the Group Managing Director.

Applicants must possess the required minimum educational qualifications and relevant work experience to be considered for this position.

A Bachelor’s Degree (or Higher National Diploma) in Arts or Social Sciences is required.

Professional qualifications in HR or administration such as CPM, CIPD, or SHRM are required.

An MBA or Master’s degree would be highly beneficial.

With a minimum of six years of dedicated experience in human resources management and administration, candidates should possess a proven track record in overseeing HR functions and operational processes.

Proficiency in labor laws and experience with industrial relations or arbitration are essential requirements for this role.

Minimum Qualifications and Competencies Required:
