JOB SUMMARY

The HSE & Quality Assurance Manager ensures the organization adheres to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations while producing high-quality products that align with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements. This position entails designing, executing, and overseeing HSE and QA frameworks, performing audits, and fostering a workplace culture centered on safety and quality excellence across all operational activities.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Serve as a liaison between senior leadership and departmental teams to align business strategies with operational execution. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring robust governance and crisis management protocols are in place.

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a closely related discipline is required.

Professional certifications in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality Management, such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma, are strongly preferred.

With a minimum of five years of dedicated expertise in HSE and quality assurance management, ideally within manufacturing, polymer, or industrial environments, you bring a strong foundation to this role.

Experienced in executing ISO standards, HSE regulations, and quality management systems with a proven track record.

Proven ability to consistently reduce workplace incidents while enhancing product quality.
