A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Business Administration is required.
Proficiency in dual-accounting and human resources operations with a track record of 2 to 4 years of practical experience is required.
Proficient in utilizing leading accounting software solutions, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Possesses a solid grasp of Nigerian Labor Law, personal income tax regulations, and pension schemes, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making in HR processes.
Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous handling of confidential information, and outstanding interpersonal communication are required.
