Job Description

Guiding guests through our self-service check-in and check-out processes ensures a seamless start to their Radisson Blu Anchorage experience.

As the primary point of contact for all hotel offerings, including services, amenities, and events, you will serve as the essential resource for guests seeking information and assistance.

With a proactive mindset, enthusiastically addressing guest inquiries and resolving minor issues to prevent escalation.

When necessary, facilitate seamless communication between guests and the appropriate departments to ensure their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.

We strive to create a cohesive and unified atmosphere throughout the entire hotel, fostering a sense of camaraderie and collaboration among all team members.

Ensuring the Front Office operates efficiently by performing vital administrative duties that maintain high energy levels and smooth workflow.

As a Receptionist, you will become part of a dedicated team committed to providing outstanding guest experiences and crafting exceptional moments for each visitor.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required. At least three years of relevant professional experience in [specific field] is necessary. Proficiency in [specific software/tools] and strong analytical skills are essential. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are a must.
