Job Summary
Ensures meticulous cleaning, proper handling, and high-standard maintenance of all hotel linens and guest garments.
Oversee a range of duties encompassing project planning, execution, and evaluation to ensure objectives are met efficiently and on schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance operational performance and drive continuous improvement. Monitor progress, identify potential risks, and proactively address challenges to maintain alignment with organizational goals. Prepare comprehensive reports, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making. Sort, launder, and press garments and linens, ensuring they are clean, properly organized, and free of wrinkles before storage or use.
Properly operate laundry machines and related equipment with precision and efficiency.
Conduct thorough examinations of items to identify any signs of damage or stains.
Ensure the laundry area remains consistently clean and well-organized at all times.
Responsible for diligently overseeing the secure and appropriate management of guests’ personal items.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, along with proficiency in industry-standard software tools. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, and additional certifications or specialized training are advantageous.
