Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and client-oriented Business Development Executive to spearhead sales growth and enhance market penetration for our Medical Consumables, Hospital Equipment & Furniture, and Patient Aids/Mobility Rehabilitation Aids portfolio in the Lagos Island territory.
The ideal candidate will proactively seek out new business prospects, cultivate and maintain strong client connections, actively market products, and meet or exceed sales objectives—all while providing outstanding customer service.
Oversee and execute a range of critical duties, including managing daily operations to ensure seamless workflow, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align on project goals, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency. Develop and maintain detailed reports to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to senior leadership. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate potential risks. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Additionally, mentor team members, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development initiatives to cultivate a high-performing workforce.
Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential clients by implementing cold calling strategies, leveraging networking opportunities, seeking referrals, and utilizing social selling techniques.
Our role involves actively showcasing and articulating the features, benefits, and unique value propositions of our products to healthcare institutions and other prospective clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their advantages.
Skilled professionals will finalize pricing agreements, establish mutually beneficial contract terms, and successfully conclude sales opportunities to consistently meet or surpass predetermined sales objectives.
Develop and nurture enduring customer relationships to drive satisfaction, foster loyalty, and promote recurring business opportunities.
Stay current with comprehensive insights into designated product categories while diligently tracking competitor actions and evolving market dynamics.
Compile and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports, projections, and performance summaries in a timely and accurate manner.

Spearhead efforts to expand market reach while uncovering strategic avenues to bolster customer engagement and adoption of the full product suite.
Seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, complemented by a minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting roles. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, financial modeling, and ERP systems is essential. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data are critical. Experience auditing financial statements and preparing regulatory filings is a bonus. Excellent communication skills are required to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
A bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a comparable discipline is required.
Demonstrated expertise in sales representation within the medical equipment, medical consumables, or healthcare sector is essential.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of medical consumables, hospital equipment and furniture, and patient aids and mobility rehabilitation products.
