Job Purpose

The position is responsible for driving the sales of the company’s offerings within a designated line of business (LOB).

Delivers steady, profitable expansion of sales revenues across the line of business by implementing approved sales strategies.

Oversee a range of critical duties, including the management of daily operations to ensure seamless workflow, the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, and the coordination of cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. Additionally, monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Collaborate with stakeholders to align projects with business goals, provide mentorship and guidance to team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Develop and expand revenue streams by securing new business and maintaining relationships within a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring consistent attainment of the company’s sales objectives.

Leverage existing client relationships to uncover additional sales opportunities, ensuring sustained engagement through strategic up-selling and cross-selling initiatives.
