Assist clients in completing and submitting applications for various benefits and entitlement programs.

Advocate for services that are sufficient, delivered promptly, and economically efficient.

Address any service delivery issues that arise, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining service quality standards.

Contribute to enabling clients to maintain autonomy and reside independently within their own homes.

Responsible for coordinating appointments for clients, managing incoming calls, and maintaining accurate service records for each client.

Oversee the current service offerings and maintain awareness of newly introduced or phased-out services to ensure timely adjustments.

Assess the overall quality of all services provided and pinpoint specific areas necessitating enhancements.
