Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily business and administrative operations of the facility
Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and efficiency
Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control
Supervise and coordinate administrative and support staff
Drive patient satisfaction and service delivery standards
Identify business growth opportunities and partnerships
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
Prepare reports and provide insights to management
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in healthcare management or a similar role
Strong business, financial, and operational management skills
Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
Good understanding of healthcare systems and processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Relevant degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
