Our primary responsibility involves fostering business expansion, enhancing deposit mobilization, and driving revenue growth specifically within the Oil & Gas sector.
Formulate and implement strategic initiatives in alignment with the Bank’s overarching goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with oil and gas enterprises and critical industry stakeholders.
Conduct negotiations and develop structured financial and transactional solutions.
Supervise, mentor, and cultivate high-performing Relationship Managers and Business Development teams to drive organizational growth and client satisfaction.
Track key performance indicators, operational pipelines, and overall progress toward business objectives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Maintain robust credit quality, implement effective risk management practices, adhere to regulatory compliance requirements, and uphold stringent Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.
Engage with industry forums and stakeholder events on behalf of the Bank to enhance visibility and foster strategic relationships.
Leverage opportunities to promote cross-selling initiatives spanning Treasury, Trade Finance, Corporate Banking, and Digital Banking solutions.

With over seven to ten years of relevant experience—ideally within Oil & Gas, Commercial, or Corporate Banking—you bring a strong foundation to this role.
CIBN certification (required or an added advantage)
Accomplished in leading sales teams, cultivating key client relationships, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry’s operational landscape, key risk factors, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
Proven abilities in analytical thinking, team leadership, and conflict resolution are essential. Candidates must demonstrate exceptional negotiation capabilities and the capacity to guide teams effectively.
