Produce poultry feed consistently at the highest quality standards.
Operate and maintain crushers, grinders, and mixers to process grains and ingredients in strict accordance with specified formulas.
Consistently conduct evaluations of feed consistency, nutrient composition, and hygiene to ensure compliance with stringent farm regulations.
Receive, handle, and store bagged commodities such as corn and soy, oversee the operation of micro-ingredient hoppers, and maintain proper storage conditions to mitigate contamination risks.
Conduct regular maintenance on machinery to ensure operational efficiency, including lubricating bearings, examining gearboxes, and assessing belt conditions to prevent malfunctions.
Ensure compliance with biosecurity protocols, health regulations, and safety standards while upholding a pristine mill environment.
Accurately document daily production metrics, including quantities, ingredient consumption, and equipment efficiency in comprehensive logs.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in project management or a closely related discipline. Strong proficiency in project planning, execution, and monitoring is essential, along with excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Candidates must demonstrate advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile, Scrum, or PMI standards. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget is mandatory, as is the ability to analyze risks and implement mitigation strategies. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is a plus, and candidates should hold, or be eligible to obtain, relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Proficiency in software tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms is also necessary.
A minimum qualification of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent vocational certification in feed production, mechanics, or a closely related discipline is required.
