Job Summary

The Front Desk Officer functions as the initial touchpoint for clients and visitors, embodying the brand’s image and service expectations.

This position is essential to ensuring a smooth, professional, and hospitable client experience while assisting with front-desk operations and fundamental administrative duties.

Oversee and execute core duties that encompass the primary objectives of the role, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance across key operational areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion, resolve challenges, and foster innovation. Monitor progress through data-driven analysis, adjusting plans as needed to meet established benchmarks and deadlines. Maintain high standards of accountability while providing leadership and guidance to support team success.

Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, consistently ensuring a positive first impression.

Handle incoming phone calls, messages, and inquiries with efficiency and professionalism while ensuring timely responses.

Deliver precise details regarding available services, products, pricing structures, and established store policies.

Process incoming client orders and efficiently direct inquiries to the appropriate team members for resolution.

Ensure all incoming messages are captured, documented, and promptly communicated to management and staff with complete accuracy.

Ensure the front desk and reception area remain meticulously organized, sanitized, and aesthetically polished at all times.

Conduct general administrative tasks such as entering data, organizing files, managing email communications, and maintaining accurate records.

The position involves facilitating client movement by organizing appointments and accommodating walk-ins as needed.

Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in every client and business engagement.

• Demonstrates proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ with at least three years of hands-on development experience
• Exhibits strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering scalable software solutions
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are preferred
• Shows experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Fluent in English and capable of collaborating across global, cross-functional teams
• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
• Applies agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines in development workflows
• Maintains comprehensive understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
• Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills to document technical specifications and present complex ideas clearly

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in a receptionist capacity or a comparable position is required.

Demonstrates strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and additional productivity tools.

Outstanding ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively through both spoken and written means.

A refined, approachable, and professional presence that aligns with the standards of a luxury setting.

Demonstrates exceptional aptitude for managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.

Detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on customer service excellence.

Must maintain composure and professionalism, even in high-pressure situations, while consistently demonstrating courtesy and patience.
