Job Summary

As the Cashier/Front Desk Officer, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing front desk operations, processing customer transactions, coordinating appointment schedules, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Oversee a diverse range of duties, including strategic planning, team leadership, and operational execution to drive organizational objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align goals, optimize processes, and enhance efficiency across all levels of the business. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to achieve measurable results. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, maintain high standards of quality, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous development. Serve as a key liaison between senior management and staff, facilitating clear communication and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Professionally greet clients, oversee appointment scheduling, and address customer inquiries with diligence and courtesy.

Process customer payments, generate receipts, and ensure precise transaction records are maintained through point-of-sale systems.

Compile daily sales reports and ensure the accuracy of cash, card, and electronic payment reconciliations.

Maintain client records with precision while upholding a tidy, orderly, and professional reception environment.

Seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, the ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools and software is essential, as is the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail are critical for success in this role. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is also required.

A minimum qualification of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in cashiering, front desk operations, customer service, or a comparable field is required.

Demonstrated expertise in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems, managing cash transactions with accuracy, and applying fundamental accounting principles is required.

Effective communication, exceptional customer service, and strong interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
